Register OnlineWhile the pandemic led many nurses to retire, more recent issues such as workplace violence are contributing to a mounting shortage of nurses in Illinois hospitals and nationwide. The nursing shortages isn’t new, yet changes in employee expectations demand new solutions to recruitment and retention. In an IHA webinar sponsored by Medical Solutions, the company’s chief nursing officer will empower hospital leaders to select the strategies that best fit their organization and community. With new tools in hand, leaders can build their own sustainable pipeline of nurses, invest in employee development and foster a positive environment for nurses.
This event is sponsored by Medical Solutions.
