Warner founded Board Business, a consulting firm that guides rural hospital boards in creating efficient and effective governance processes, resulting in more time for focused strategy discussions and optimal decision-making for organizational sustainability. In the last 20 years, Warner has participated in more than 1,000 hospital board meetings.
