Founder and CEO, Board Business
An experienced healthcare executive and governance expert, Warner brings knowledge gained from over 30 years in association and hospital leadership roles. She learned about nonprofit governance from the ground up and has seen and experienced practices that work well, as well as inefficient and unproductive processes. Warner founded Board Business, a consulting firm that guides rural hospital boards in creating efficient and effective governance processes, resulting in more time for focused strategy discussions and optimal decision-making for organizational sustainability. In the last 20 years, Warner has participated in more than 1,000 hospital board meetings.
